I have two homemade bath care powder recipes here – an invigorating powder to get you going in the morning and a calming, soothing recipe to help you relax and get a great night’s sleep. The rosemary essential oil will clear your mind, improve your memory and fill you with energy. Use this homemade bath care powder in the morning, after taking a bath or shower. You’ll be pumped for the day.

Relaxing Nighttime Bath PowderYlang ylang essential oil is good for releasing anger and helping you relax. Use this homemade bath care powder if you take a bath before bedtime.
