With the herbs you raise in your medicinal organic gardening, you can make an infusion by placing the dried or fresh leaves in a tea ball or muslin bag and covering with hot water.
Allow them to steep for ten minutes before using.
Or you can make a decoction out of the roots you grow in your medicinal organic gardening.
You can also apply them in a poultice or tincture.
